Keith Frankish has relocated the journal archive for Connexions to his website. This was an open peer commentary journal run out of the Hang Seng Centre for Cognitive Studies at the University of Sheffield from 1997 until 2003. Its focus was cognitive science. Please do take a look: Connexions.
